Custom Novelty License Plates

Our Custom Novelty License Plates are $19.95, plus $2.99 shipping and handling.  They are 6x12 regulation size and come complete with the following:

 

It is a four layered process. We use a special vacuum forming machine to give depth and demension to the characters placed on the state background. Lookin' Sporty starts with an aluminum back plate which gives stability.  We place on top of the backplate a heavy duty styrene blank state background of your choice.  Using our special vacuum forming machine, we place the letters (characters), numbers and/or symbols that you choose in the special vacuum machine along with a sheet of clear heavy duty plastic forming sheet.  This is how we create the raised lettering and/or numbers and symbols. When the clear plastic sheet has had time to cool, the newly formed sheet is hand painted using a brayer in the color of your choice.  Another heavy duty clear plastic sheet is then place over top and then a black plastic license plate frame is added and the entire Novelty License Plate is secured and combined with four (4) metal nuts and bolts.
